Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Insphera. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
1. Who we are
Insphera ("Insphera", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered business platform that includes ERP modules (Insphera Core) and a customer relationship management product (Insphera CRM). These terms govern your access to and use of our websites, applications and APIs (the "Services").
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account and your organization's workspace.
3. Subscriptions, billing & users
Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly by default, or annually where you choose annual billing. Each Core plan includes a set number of users; additional users and additional branches are billed as described on our pricing page. Insphera CRM is billed per user. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Free trials
We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, paid features may stop working unless you subscribe. Trials are for evaluation and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
5. Your content & data
You retain all rights to the data and content you and your users submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services for you, and as instructed by you. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data you upload, including your customers' personal data.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the Services, attempt to access them in unauthorized ways, or use them to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
7. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate text, images, suggestions and reports. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided to assist — not replace — your professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
8. Third-party services
The Services can connect to third-party tools (for example payment, messaging, calendar and analytics providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design and content other than Customer Data, are owned by Insphera and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription.
10. Suspension & termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to others. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
11. Warranties & disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insphera's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
