Insphera uses a small number of trusted third parties (sub-processors) to help deliver the Services. Each operates under contractual data-protection obligations. The categories below describe how each is used.
Cloud hosting & infrastructure
Hosting, storage, databases and compute that run the Insphera platform.
AI & machine learning
Model providers (including Google) used to generate text, images, insights and reports for features you enable. Only the data required for the feature is sent.
Payments
Payment processors that handle billing and subscriptions. Card details are handled by the processor, not stored by Insphera.
Communications
Email, SMS and messaging providers used to send service and campaign messages you configure.
Analytics & monitoring
Tools that help us measure performance, diagnose errors and keep the Services secure and reliable.
Updates
